To achieve and promote the long-term and sustainable growth of Vietnam Wood and Handicraft Industry, 5 Wood Associations including HAWA, VIFOREST, BIFA, DOWA, FPA will together carry out trade fairs with strong consents and supports from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. More specifically, HO CHI MINH EXPORT FURNITURE FAIR 2023 – HawaExpo 2023, playing a game-changing show with its diversification and integrity, will be the first fair organized by Handicraft and Wood Association of Ho Chi Minh City (HAWA) in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Industry and Trade.

The fair is held from 22 – 25 February 2023 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) – 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

No, the fair is free entrance.

To get the admission badge, you must register online (in advance), please contact HAWA at info@hawa.org.vn

Each registered visitor will receive an email with unique confirm code, please kindly register for each person in your group.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive the confirmation email. Please check your Inbox and Spam.

In case you don’t receive the confirmation email, please redo the registration or email us at info@hawa.org.vn for support.

You will need to show this email to our staffs at the registration counters to receive the Visitor admission badge.

We will update in our HawaExpo official channels (website hawaexpo.com, facebook fanpage, LinkedIn) if there is any special support for visitors.

The dress code is Business attire. We don’t accept people wearing casual clothes (slippers, shorts …).

Children under 12 will not be permitted into the fair. This is a B2B event, you are suggested not to take the children with you.

No camera.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any visitor who doesn’t follow the fair rules.

Yes, the Organizer provides free wifi at the fair.

Yes, there are luggage keeping rooms at Gate A1 & A2 (Corridor).

Notice: 

• We don’t issue Letter of Guarantee/Letter of Approval.
• Some nationalities are difficult to apply for Vietnam VISA.

You need to arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN, Vietnam).

Then take a taxi (Mai Linh or Vinasun taxi are recommended) to go to the SECC. Grab car service is also available in HCMC. It’s about 01 hour to go from TSN Airport to SECC.

Please contact us for the shuttle bus service.

Besides, most of our official hotels have the airport pick up/drop off service, some have hotel-SECC transfer, which is flexible and suitable for your visit schedule.

We cooperate with some official hotels from 4-5 stars in HCMC to offer the special room rates and other supporting service for exhibitors & visitors of HawaExpo.
